Bedmax is made from wood shavings. The standard loose box should have between 4-6 bags of shavings to create the ideal depth. Each bag weighs around 18kg and will cover between 2-3 metres squared.

Depth of bed for your Bedmax
The best way we have found is to create a level bed around 6-8 inches deep all over but leave some space at the doorway to get in and out and to reduce spillage. A deeper bed manages moisture better and needs less replacement.
